Beza cikgu lama dgn cikgu baru.

Bila saya perhatikan dua orang guru pelatih di bawah bimbingan saya, saya terkenangkan waktu saya di tempat mereka 33 tahun dulu.
Takut.
Gemuruh
Segan
Serba tak kena kalau ada pencerapan/pemantauan.
Tambah2 kalau dapat pembimbing yang tak mesra alam macam saya ni
Gelabah semacam saja...
"Madam, That one girl over there is so out of control..."
Komplen Guru pelatih tu pada saya bila saya tanya kenapa ada murid yg tak buat tugasan yg di beri.
"What do you mean out of control? ".
Jangan risau, they are not out of control, they are being kids thats all.
"But Madam, Najwa always forgets to bring her colour pencils n  that is why she is not doing the colouring"
Ok ok..Let me help you with this 'Najwa'
"Najwa, come here..."
Budak nama Najwa ni datang ke depan..Mencuka.
"Najwa, Where are your colur pencils?"
I asked her.
Looking straight in her eyes.
"I forget to bring them, teacher." Said Najwa.
"Najwa, where are your colour pencils?"
"Forget to bring."
 "NAJWA, I SAID WHERE ARE YOUR COLOUR PENCILS?"
Najwa tunduk..
"Kat dalam beg..."
"Go and do your work, now!"
Settle.
End of problem.
"Wow Madam, how do you know that Najwa is not telling the truth?"
I smiled and replied...
33 years of experience dear, 33 years!"
