Tak tau la dari mana kueh ni dapat nama. Weird sungguh. 'LOMPAT TIKAM' sejenis kueh yang famous kat kelantan..forget about the name..focus on the taste. Sedapppp!!!!
Kueh ni consist of pulut warna merah, gula melaka yang di cairkan, santan kelapa yg lemak dan pekat dan the basic part is the green rice flour that is cooked on direct heat and then be moulded into containers..As easy as that.
You have to taste it....Just try once and the taste lingers in your mouth forever. My mother in law seorang yang pakar buat kueh ni..(and lots of other local cakes too..). I heard she is making this kueh this weekend...Kena balik rumah mak mentua la hujung minggu ni..tak balik rugi ...
